Platonic code

Strictly platonic. By design.

The flirting and ambiguity that have made strictly platonic apps hard to trust? We don’t do that. Grovekinkeeps the space free of romance-coded behaviour with a clearly enforced platonic code and transparent moderation — so the room you walk into is the room you’ll be in next week.

Language
How we communicate. Platonic, values-driven, not romance-coded.

Platonic-only isn’t a tag you tick — it’s how Grovekindecides who to introduce you to. The matching model ranks people by values, the life chapter you’re in, and what you specifically want a friend for.

Not by photo. Not by neighborhood radius. Not by who swiped right first. The way we talk reflects that: openers are about the chapter you’re in and the Sunday you’d actually call — never about looks, never about availability for something else.

Flirting behavior
What isn’t welcome in the room — flirty openers, looks-based compliments, “just curious” DMs.

Romantic pursuit, in any form, isn’t welcome here. Flirty openers, looks-based compliments, and “just curious” DMs to recent matches are all treated as pursuit — and pursuit isn’t what this room is for, no matter how it’s framed.

That also covers transactional asks: pitch me, hire me, fund me, promote my thing, grow my audience. Circles aren’t a mailing list.

And parasocial pressure: repeated cold messages, profile-stalking across circles, or pushing for a private channel before there’s a real conversation.

Account boundaries
Prose-led profiles, one account per person, no off-platform cold outreach, no parasocial pressure.

Profiles are prose-first. Photos support what you’re writing about — they don’t replace it, and they don’t open a conversation on their own. What you write about the chapter you’re in and the Sunday you’d actually call is what gets read.

One account per person. No backup profiles for “just looking,” no second account to bypass a soft-skip, no off-platform cold outreach to someone you matched with here. The boundary is the boundary.

Photos and profiles are kept private to members of your circles. Reach out in the open — that’s how parasocial pressure stays out of the room.

What happens on violation
How a line that gets crossed is handled — quietly, on the record, never on autopilot.

Not every pair is a fit, and a soft-skip doesn’t notify the other person, dock your streak, or trigger a hidden matchmaking reshuffle to “fix” what wasn’t broken. Passing is part of the design.

When a line is crossed, the report path takes over: members open the profile, tap “Report”, and pick a short reason; visitors email us directly from the address below. A human reads every report — usually within a day, never on autopilot.

Enforcement is quiet and on the record: no public call-outs, no piling on, no “did you see what they did.” The goal is the right five people in the room — not the loudest.

To flag a line that’s been crossed, email kindr3d@polsia.app with what happened and any context you’re comfortable sharing. We’ll follow up from the same address.

We onboard in small groups, matched by hand. Tell us what chapter you’re in, what you want a friend for, and what a Sunday morning could sound like with the right people. We’ll be in touch from kindr3d@polsia.app.
